Kimco Realty will hold a pre-submission meeting for the redevelopment of the Wilde Lake Village Center on July 22, 2010 at 7pm at Slayton House.

The Wilde Lake Village Board will hold listening sessions to give residents an opportunity to comment on the Kimco presentation.
The Listening Sessions will be held at Slayton House on the following dates and times:
July 27, 4-5:30pm
July 27, 7-8:30pm
July 31, 9:30-11am

Larry Schoen and Vince Marando, Wilde Lake Village Board members, recently met with representatives from Howard Community College to discuss HCC's future plans and their concerns about the redevelopment of the village center.

Denis Ellis, of CA Open Space, presented a plan for a Stream Stabilization Project in Wilde Lake, which would relocate pathways near August Light and Big Woods Court. Plans are available for review at Slayton House.
